Erasmus+ students are expected to complete the following documents while studying abroad.
Online Learning Agreement
University of Stavanger accepts Online Learning Agreements (OLA). If your home university does not use OLA, please send us a PDF version of your learning agreement.
Please make sure that you include both the course codes and the course titles for UiS in Table A.
The learning agreement must be signed by both you and your home university before you send it to us. Please do not send us agreements with prefilled fields for UiS in the signature section (dates, names, etc).
Are you coming to UiS on an Erasmus+ blended short-term mobility?
Please use the information given here when you fill in your learning agreement. If you are attending a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), please make sure to include the BIP code in the course code field.

We will fill in the last day of the semester as the end of your mobility, unless your home university's document specifically asks for the dates of your mobility activities. We will then ask for the date of your final exam/equivalent.
If you need a physical copy of the form, please bring it to the International Office in Kitty Kielland's building.
The start and end dates must be within the official semester
We must confirm that you have arrived on campus before signing your arrival form
The mobility end date is either the final date of the semester or the date of your final exam
