Fitjar is a professor in innovation studies and comes from the position of Vice-Rector for Innovation and Society at the University of Stavanger. He will assume the role as head of the Center for Innovation Research (CIR) on August 1st.

A creative process with digital technology is a complex process consisting of traditional non-digital and new digital activities. It is important that educators use different pedagogical strategies when involving young children in the process.
