28 students participated in a trip to the Rosenberg Worley facilities in Buøy.
UiS Marine & Offshore Technology Master's Degree Students 2022-2024 visited Rosenberg on 08 Nov 2022. The visit was organized by Knut Høiland (Rosenberg) and Muk Chen Ong (UiS). There were around 28 students who participated, and each group had 15 students. Guang Yin (UiS) and Chern Fong Lee (UiS) led each group.
In their study programme at UiS, the students are learning how to design, construct, maintain and remove marine and offshore structures. They will also look into systems and operations related to installation by combining basic mechanical engineering subjects with marine technology.
