PROFRES recruits Ph.D. candidates from a network consisting of eight higher education institutions in Norway. In addition, a think tank has been established to connect the research school and the professional fields. The research school aims to become a new co-creation arena, in line with educational policies to strengthen the relevance of research for society and the workplace.
