Content
The course introduces students to basic theory about security, emergency preparedness, ICT security, information security and Artificial Intelligence. All Norwegian enterprises in both the public and private sectors are required to include security and emergency preparedness as integral parts of their organisation. Security and preventive activities are seen in relation to emergency preparedness work in order to prevent crises and prepare to manage residual risk, i.e. crises that cannot be prevented. There will also be an introduction to organisational theory that shows why and how accidents occur and can be prevented.
