Transform Ideas into Impact: Gain skills to navigate change and create value, aligned with ISO 56001 standards
Content
For start-ups, it presents itself as how they can manage the growth of a viable business through developing and refining solutions - and then scaling them. The importance of carrying out innovation in a manageable and structured way has recently been recognized by the upcoming ISO certification in innovation management. As in the case of ISO Quality Management and ISO Environmental Management, ISO 56001 will enable organizations to be certified if their innovation management system meets the standard's requirements.
Organizations are ultimately made up of individuals, and these individuals face various challenges and frustrations on their way to innovation. Visualize yourself wanting change. Perhaps you are part of a team introducing a new product or service, and you are eager to understand how to ensure its success. Perhaps you struggle with frustration, firmly convinced that there is a more efficient way to do your job, but unsure of how to make your voice heard and contribute to transformative change. Alternatively, you may find yourself in the public sector, with a strong sense that there is a better approach to your work waiting to be discovered. Or maybe you're a passionate social innovator, driven by the desire to make a specific positive impact on the world, and you're actively searching for a roadmap to guide your efforts. This course is designed to help participants with their "change mission" - how to create value from new ideas. It also fits well with the upcoming ISO standard for innovation management
